Candace has over 14 years of experience selling real estate in the Butler and Sedgwick County. Her dedication to her clients and focus on providing exceptional service has resulted in her being the top selling residential agent in Butler County since 2002 and she consistently ranks among the top 25 agents in Sedgwick County. Candace is a proud supporter of Big Brothers & Sisters of Butler County, the Kansas Humane Society, the Augusta Historical Theater, and Butler Community College where she graduated from with an Associates in Science. She is currently serving on the Board of Trustees for Butler Community College and is a chair for the Butler County Board of Realtors to Grievance Committee. Candace has 260 hours of real estate education. This is well beyond what the Kansas Real Estate Commission requires, which is to complete 12 hours of continuing education every 2 years. She has earned accreditation as a Certified Residential Specialist and is a graduate of the Realtor Institute. Candace most recently completed the Certified Distressed Property Expert program.
